S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Grand Finale 2021 agenda features Acqua Panna

Recognized by restaurants around the world as a fine dining water worth savoring, Acqua Panna is delighted to play a part in the three days of events comprising the Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy 2021 competition, to be held in Milan from 28th to 30th October.

Alongside the main award, 12 of the young chefs present at this year's final will also be competing the Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy. This global title will be awarded to the regional winner whose signature dish best reflects the connection between different cultures.

Thursday 28th October

It all kicks off with three dedicated workshops for the finalists of the three additional awards.
Workshop 1, for S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility finalists: Low-impact ingredients and social responsibility, a sustainable path, by Food Made Good.
Workshop 2, for Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy finalists: Global gastronomy: connecting creativity and the creation of experiences, by Basque Culinary Center.
Workshop 3, for Fine Dining Lovers Food For Thought Award finalists: Your Cuisine in Shapes and Shades, by Simone Bramante.
All three workshops will be recorded and made available to all S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy members over the coming months.

Friday 29th October

The day everyone has been waiting for: the final round of the competition, when the 12 finalists for the main award prepare their signature dishes for the jury.
The drama will play out in Milan's Megawatt Court.

Saturday 30th October

The first S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Brain Food Forum, presented by gastronomic celebrities Massimo Bottura and Virgilio Martinez along with the Seven Sages jury panel of renowned chefs, will feature a series of talks themed around ‘Taste & Creativity’.
The forum will be held in Megawatt Court.

7:05pm CEST
The three days conclude with the awards ceremony, attended by the 48 young chef finalists, the 12 mentors, the jury of Seven Sages and other special guests.
The ceremony will be held in Milan's prestigious Palazzo del Senato.
